Q How many days do you take to deliver the appliances?

The estimated delivery time for Karachi is 3 to 5 working days.

The estimated delivery time for rest of Pakistan is 4 to 8 working days (depending on the destination).

We at Westpoint Pakistan aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed.

A product can only be returned or exchanged if it was found damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate you with the exchange or in case where the product delivered was not as per your specifications or damaged.

The complaint escalation period is only within a day that is 24 hours after the product is received by the customer. No complain after the stated time frame will be facilitated.

Q How to complain about broken or damaged product parts?

If any items in your order have been received in damaged condition, please let us know within 24 hours of your order being received.
