Q How Does it work?

You can simply call or WhatsApp us on 0317-5286379 (LAUNDRY), share your address & preferred timeslot for the first time. Our team will enter your details in our database & book your order.

Once our Laundry Chief arrives at your doorstep he will:

1- Note down all your clothes,
2- Add them to laundry bags (service wise)
3- Weigh them in-front of you with a weighing scale & complete your receipt – * folded laundry is charged per Kg & hangered laundry is charged per item.

We will then process your laundry & deliver it back in 96 hours. – (*Sundays & Public holidays aren’t considered in 96 hours)

Q what cities & areas do you cover?

We are operating in the following areas of Karachi, Pakistan at the moment:

- DHA
- Clifton
- PECHS
- Bahadrabad
- KDA

We will be branching out to Jauhar, Gulshen & North Nazimabad. In the near future we will be branching out to Lahore & Islamabad.

Q Do you have an urgent service?

We currently do not have an urgent service, however you can ask our helpline & if the load isn’t too much for the day we will process it urgently for you.

Q What is the process?

Once your laundry is received by our back-office chiefs, they:

1- Re-count all your items & cross-check the weight carefully to ensure there was no human error during the collection process.
2- Once the count & weight is verified, your order is then entered into our software & tag are printed. Each item in your order is carefully tagged with the software generated tags.
3- Then we wash, dry & iron your laundry.
4- Deliver them back in 96 hours
