I am Body Master (Fitness trainer and instructor). I lead, instruct and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise (exercises for the heart and blood system), strength training, and stretching. I am trainer for people of all ages and both genders (male female) for weight Loss and Gain.I tell the individuals complete workout along with diet plan (healthy eating advice).
